Life Update
Last night it was brought to my attention I haven't blogged in a while. I apologize for that. These past three weeks have been so crazy and honestly blogging has been the last thing on my mind.
Classes and homework are in full swing- for the most part I am enjoying all my classes, but I really dislike two of them. I absolutely adore my children's literature class though. I am so glad it is my last Tuesday/Thursday class because it makes the long days so much better. I've already purchased about five books recommended by the professor (along with the fifteen required books for class). So this class may not be good for my bank account, but it is definitely good for my mental health.
I am currently trying to even remember what's happened these past few weeks....we've had some interesting times in my room lately- some good some bad. Enough to where I am very nervous for housing next year and that is really not fun.
But, let's focus on the good things that have happened.
Chase:
I think I have mentioned baby Chase before on this blog. He is my RD Kara's little four month old baby boy and let me tell you- he's one little ball of pure adorableness. I have gotten to spend a large chunk of time with him these past few weeks because Kara's needed babysitters, so it's been wonderful to be able to watch him grow and get to know the little guy more and more.
Floor happenings:
I'll try to get better at blogging in these next few weeks....but for now, here's just a quick things worth mentioning.

I am really loving my floor this year. I am really just loving being in Tibstra this year. I would never want to live anywhere else. Our floor is packed with solid, beautiful, wonderful, amazing girls who I feel so blessed to be able to call my sisters. They fill my life with joy, laughter, hugs, and love. I have been so touched by them these past few weeks and especially by our floor Bible study. God is doing some amazing and powerful things on our floor this year and I am so excited to see how He brings us all closer in the next few months.

Things to pray for:
- healing in our room. I think that this week there was some trust broken, and I would really like to see that resolved
- continued healing for my grandparents
Things to rejoice about
- loving my hall
- loving my friends
- growing in my faith every day
- growing relationships
- the best RA in the world
- my family being amazing
and the list could go on....but for now, I should probs get back to homework.
